He just ignores me and walks on

i've tried to say hi to him, but he just ignores me and walks on, am i not saying it loud enough? or how exactly to i get him to make eye contact with me? or how do i get his attention?

There are two possibilities that come to mind.
Fist is that he may just not be interested in you.
Second and more likely is that he is dreadfully shy. You ought to observe him and how he interacts with other girls. If you see him talking to girls then his refusal to talk to you tells you something.
If, however, you never see him talk to girls shyness is probably the problem.
Now you have to decide. If you think he doesn't like you the best idea is to give up and find some other guy.
If he is shy, then you may also decide to drop him. But if you want to continue on, you will have to take very direct steps to get him to talk. This would mean trying to trap him where he can't avoid talking to you.
However, my advice is to dump him. For whatever reason, he does not seem to be worth the effort.
