Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Male
Hey im 18 and i've dated my girlfriend for a little more then a year and a half. I love her and she loves me too. i have noticed that we have diferences. things that i like...she doesn't and things she likes i don't. they are not seriouse differences but i am just wondering if it is a good thing to be different. we get along so well and i have always heard that opposites attract.

RomanceClass.com Advice
It's important to be the same and different too.

You want to be the same in important qualities such as lovingness, honesty, trust, friendship, etc.

On the other hand, differences is smaller things can add enjoyment to your relationship. One likes sports the other likes concerts for example. This allows you to participate together if the spirit moves you... or go your separate ways if that suits you.

Vive la difference! George
