The girl I like has a boyfriend

The girl I like has a boyfriend that shes been with for more than a year now, but shes always complaining about him, she says hes moody, always being boring etc. Me and her have been friends for about a year, just speaking on msn and every now again bump into each other but recently we've gone out a couple of times (not alone). She says im good looking and i deserve someone special. Shall i tell her how i feel or just back off? What advice can you give? thanks alot.

You shouldn't try to break up a relationship.

At most you could say to this girl "I don't want to break up your relationship with ---- but I want you to know that I feel .... about you"

That should cover all bases.
