I call him stupid or worse

Visitor's Question from a 16-20 year old Female
I am living with my fiance who i love very much.The problem is not him, its me. Whenever i get mad which is often i belittle him i call him stupid or worse. I dont know why i say these things to him its almost like i have an anger problem and i cant control it. I also get mad at him over stupid things and will push him away. He doesnt deserve to be treated this way. I am more moody than usual becuase i am eight months pregnant but that is no excuse. Tell me what i should do.

Yes, being pregnant is a good excuse for moody, angry behavior.

Pregnancy strikes different women different ways.

Just keep in mind that once you have the baby things will be okay again... and you don't have too long to wait.

But if your anger continues you should see a counselor to help you figure out what the problem is and fix it.
