my girl. and i broke up 3 months ago but she still has this necklace i gave her which has our names on it and a picture of me in her wallet . and she been acting weird around me lately. she barely talks to me and she be chilling around this guy in school. the main questions here is does she still love me? we been together for 8 months. do i have a chance getting back with her? and is it worth it?

That is a long time to be apart. At this point I think you should consider her to be a lost cause.

She is seeing another guy and that is another good sign she has left you.
