Now she calls me once a week or not at all

Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
Is she seeing someone?

Well, here it is. I’ve known this girl for about 11 months and we’ve been bf/gf for about 7 months until recently. I love her very much. From the beginning we’ve seen each other about 2-3 days a week. On occasions after a small fight, we didn’t speak for about a week. This may have happened a couple of times, but 2 months ago she started being more and more apart than usual. I’m talking about not calling me for 3-4 days at a time and I would only see her once a week and sometimes once every two weeks. I started getting worried and wanted to know what was going on. I sent her emails, called her house phone and left messages telling her that I loved her and that I wanted to know what was happening with our relationship. She would call back days later with nothing to say about the messages I had sent her. She would call me acting as if nothing was wrong.

One day she called me asking me to go out with her to a bar or to play some billiards. I thought this was a good opportunity for me to come forth and tell her what I was feeling. When we got to the place and was sitting in the car, I calmly started asking her where this relationship was going. I ask her if she only wanted to be my friend because obviously that was the attitude I was getting from her. I told her how much I missed her and loved her. During this time she walked out of the car and left me there. I followed her to a nearby restaurant where she was talking to someone that worked there. I was scared that she might have been telling this guy that I was harassing her, which was totally not the case, so I left. Since then, she has been acting like my friend. Now she calls me once a week or not at all.

I she cheating on me? Could it have been my fault? Should I move on with my life even though I think about her all the time? What should I do?
Your response will be greatly appreciated, thanks.

It sounds like it's time to cut the tie that binds you with her.

She clearly has little interest in you anymore. Her behavior in the car when she left you was extremely rude and inconsiderate.

Your best bet is to forget her! George
