Someone suggested I try Tiger Balm on my shoulders before yoga today. It only tingled a little. Maybe it’s old? It’s the tube kind. #yoga
Starting my 10pm meditation a bit late, but that’s OK. Read an interesting book on “10% Happier” by Dan Harris, had some insight.
