No matter how much it hurts you need to keep your eye on your ex. He/She is watching you even if you dont know it. They see all and you should to. They want you to keep your eye on them just dont make it your whole thing. Do it secretly so they alone know. Also make sure that its not all you do not only do you have to see them but you need to be seen. Show that you want to be loved but arnt needy. It helps alot to need things but not need them if you catch my drift. If you dont its in human nature to want what you cant have let them know that you see them but dont want them and they'll want you back so fast you can harly say bottabing botaaboom. Just kidding its gonna take abou ta week or so long enough for them to not be able to be without taking to you it worked for me.
