(This tip works best at the movies) When you are sitting next to him, if you can, move the arm rest up so it isn't in the way. As the movie proceeds, slowly move closer to him. Lean your head in so it brushes up against his head ever so slightly. Then, he will probobly put his arm around you. His hand will be just hanging there which is a sign of "grab it", so grab it so you both are holding hands. You don't need to kiss to feel the extremes of this. Kissing helps but if you don't it still feels SO good to have your head in the nook of his neck and to hold his hand. :)
