If you and your guy have been together for a while but you still haven't kissed, then it probably means he just respects you and doesn't want to push you into anything. Therefore, you as the woman, must make the first move. So, be calm about it, cause he may want it as badly as you. If you two are sitting together, kind of turn towards him and give him a peck. Mine didn't work quite as planned (!) and i only got the corner of his mouth, but he got the hint and kissed me back. It's really simple actually, but I was so nervous it took me a while. So DON'T BE NERVOUS!! It'll turn out fantastic :)
