While making out, push him down onto the sofa or bed, strattling him and pin his arms down beside him up beside his head (he could prolly get out if he wanted, but he probabaly wont try) then lean in for a passionate kiss, but pull back and wait. he might try to push up and kiss you, but dont let him. lean right over him and brush your lips against his, but dont really kiss him. play around with him by rubbing your lips over his, or biting his bottom lip, or gently licking him, then wait and see who gives in and kisses first. (try and not give in) Trust me, it will be incredable when he finally does!!
