Keeping yourself busy from a breakup is hard to do but its the best way to get your mind off from him/her. Let your mind free and do other things such as hitting the gym, work extra hours or read books and watch very funny/comedic shows that would rise you up from the low depression state. Studies have shown that if you allow something to beat you down it sure will. So keep your mind and spirit in the right place, keep thinking positive and the right things will happen.!
