Ok, so Im a bit big and height wise 6 feet 4 inches.
I find a comfortable shirt is a triple x, because its nice and long for a tall mans torso, plus since Im in football it doesnt look like im trying to hide anything with my biceps pumping out of my arms
so dress comfortably and if the shirt is too big, build up some muscles.
