This is a name I give to a special girl who lights up my life, in a way where all I've seen was darkness and coldness-Sirius is the brightest star in all the night sky. Polaris (the north star) only "looks" brighter, because it's closer-but if you're talking science and all that, Sirius is a TON brighter(and hotter) than Polaris-and thus, she warms me when I'm cold, and gives me a beacon of light. And I have her call me Antares-which is the LARGEST star in the sky, but still nowhere as a bright as Sirius-Antares is the "heart of the Scorpion" in the constellation Scorpio....FYI
