I could probably count on one hand how many times i yelled at my ex that i loved very deeply, but i took it over board to the point where she told me i scared her. This is and was thee biggest mistake i made. If any of you do this stop immediatly and sign up for therapy. I am currently looking for therapy right now but i belive its too late and i may have lost her forever.
