Letting go is the hardest part of a break up and it hurts like hell, but its the one thing that works. Its so easy to pick up that phone and ring but DONT! Thats the biggest no no. Initially we all go crazy after a break up and start running after our ex but once the madness has gone, calm down, breathe and think about this, the more you run after a person, the more they run away. Be patient and wait, its the hardest thing to do but the most rewarding. Wounds need time to heal and your ex needs time to miss you.
