Whatever you do, do not eat anything hot,chilli or spicy. It's bad enough, when it happens in front of your friends but it's going to be soooo bad for you to have a red, snotty face in front of that fit bloke or lass. Careful about what you eat and ALWAYS keep a tissue handy
