It only takes a minute of your time. Few people breathe properly, to give their bodies the oxygen needed. Make time to do so. Sit back, close your eyes if you can, and focus on your breathing. Breathe in through your nose, a long, slow, deep breath. Then breathe out through your mouth, again, a long slow breath. Breathe using your diaphragm instead of shallowly with your chest.
That rich oxygen will help your body feel much better, and the deep breathing should help you feel more calm and ready to continue with the situation.
