While standing/walking/sitting/laying down, stay behind your girlfriend, and grabher wrists with your respective hands lightly, and fold your arms and hers against her chest, and justhold on tight, and give a nice, strong hug. (While walking, the guy will most likely have to walk like a penguin unless he has super-small feet)
