Sometimes when we get a jealous thought or feeling people tend to "explode". Durring this we yell or curse or maybe even hit things, but personally it never worked for me. You need to sit back control your breathing taking deep breaths in through the nose and out through the mouth and talk it over. there is no substitution for actually having a calm and civil convorsation with the one you love. Acknowledge what they say and let them speak. you MUST sit back and "Bite Your Tongue"
