Normally it doesn't matter at all if you keep your eyes open or closed during a kiss. People do kisses all sorts of different ways, it's a personal preference. But for the very first kiss, it tends to be better if you close your eyes. That way you don't get nervous about what you see going on around you, and you can focus solely on that one kiss.
