My Best Friend's Interested in My Girl
Question:
This girl came into my life recently. She's beautiful, and intelligent, and pretty self-assured. She really bugs me a lot, but I'm very attracted to her too.
The problem is, this friend of mine also likes her a lot. And I get jealous every time I see her with him, even though she isn't that interested in him. The two of them don't seem to fight, but every time she's near me we tend to fight over the smallest things.
How do I get her for myself, without upsetting my friend too much?

In the end, she is the one who has to make the decision. If you force her into a decision, she'll never really accept it as being what SHE wanted. Any time you guys fight (which seems to be relatively frequently) she'll think about how she SHOULD have been with the other guy and you forced her into this. That's not a good way for things to be.
Maybe the reason you guys are fighting is that you both are nervous around each other and are worried about what each other thinks. So in a way that's a good thing, although you should find ways to get along without fighting!
You need to relax a bit and be more yourself. Stop trying to impress her, and stop being jealous when she talks to other guys. You want her to see your true self, the one she can appreciate and perhaps love. If she cares about you, which it seems she does, she'll be much happier when you guys are relaxed together and not rubbing each other the wrong way. The closer you two get, the less likely anyone else will catch her eye.
So be yourself. Spend time with her. Talk to her. Have fun together. Maybe go shoot some womprats. I think you'll find that you'll both see how much you have in common.
