I really don't want to just be sitting there sucking on her neck i want to make it something we both will like. How do you really give a hickey that will stay there? User Submitted Advice from a 13-20 year old Female Making a hickey Well the first thing you should do go some where usually quiet (LIKE THE MOVIES). Once your arms are around her kiss her for a few seconds the move to her neck. Make an O shape out of your mouth but not to big. Suck your girlfriend's skin farely hard but not to hard.
