Original Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Female
My guy friend and I have been friends for awhile, but this year we have become a lot closer, and I have no idea if he just wants to be friends or if he really does like me. He is always poking me, tripping me, playfully hitting/kicking me, playing with my hair, playfully making fun of me, chatting with me online, etc. The problem is that he has a girlfriend. All my friends say that he likes me despite the fact that he already has a girlfriend. This situation is really confusing me, please help!

User Submitted Advice from a 31-40 year old Female
Be picky

What if he did break up with her and let you know he had feelings for you? he sounds imature.I bet your familly has a softer way of showing they care about you..aunts and uncles and so on..sit down and write a list of things that make you feel special, and loved.Even though the playfullness seems fun right now,it may get old later. What do you want for the rest of your life? Think about it.Write it..Then don't say anything, and just watch him and see if he'se anything like your list sais he should be..Call it a shopping list..and remember there is always more time to shop so don't just grab the first one you see. It's like buying a pair of jeans..You might see a pretty pair, but if they don't fit you,you won't enjoy them. He has to fit..who you are..Be picky!Your to special to settle, and never be desparate..You can always focus on your own life, and your own plans and projects while you wait for the guy of your dreams. If he loves you,he won't mind saying so. Your friend,K
