Original Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male I am 16 and will be turning 17 in October and my boyfriend of a year and a half is 20 and will be turning 21 in August and my mom is just now starting to freak out about us. My question is if we are not doing any sort of sexual activity until I am of the age of consent (17) is it legal for me and my boyfriend to date and be together? It really means that its wrong for a 30 year old man to date someone who is 14-15. I mean look at katie holmes and tom cruise.
