Original Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
ok ive known this girl for a long time. over time we have became very close friends. well recently i started having feelings more than friends for her. i finally got the courage and asked her out. she said i was too good of a friend and she wasnt sure if it would work between us because of that. i was crushed. well it seems that we just keep getting closer despite this. she will always make time to hang out with me and always makes a point of saying she loves me before we leave. ive told her how deeply i feel and i just dont seem to make a differance. should i keep playing friend and give up trying for a relationship or should i just try to wait it out and slowly try to become more? please help this is killing me every time i see her.

Keep trying

Here is my advice.Speaking FROM EXPERIENCE.Yeah i know. Its hard.Going from best friend to boyfriend is a more delicate thing.Keep hoping.Keep trying.Keep contact.Oh and be careful. If she goes on a long trip for a vacation she might meet somebody new.So before she goes give her a little something to keep the thought of you in her head.Show her all the sides of you.Be totally open.I mean you already opened up your heart to her right? So show her everything you have to offer. That shows HUGE confidence. And if after seeing all of you she doesnt want a relationship than just stay friends and move on.
