Original Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Female
we met a little less than 2 yrs ago. v worked at the same place. initially v started off as friends, (he is too reserved and normally wont think of a relationship) I was his first actual gf and all this time v were together,it was too sweet. I mean the guy was perfect, although v used to have little fights, but it was okay. the whole thought of being with him enlightened me. but there was 1 problem, his parents. v r from different castes and his parents are too conservative. when he proposed me, at that time he made it clear that things may not work out as he cant go against them, but he will try his best. n so he did. but it didnt really work. this was 8 months back, but still v continued talking and being together, travelling together back from office etc. but none of us really knew what was going on, like an on-off thing. i didnt ask, he didnt say anything. now since last 2 months everything started gettin worse. he started getting frustrated, n me too, as nothing was coming out of this "relationship". actually, v didnt know what v took each other as, although v both still had feelings. since a month v have stopped talking, n now he has a job offer from other place. n he has accepted it. thing is i dont want to lose him. i need to know wht i should do, as making him talk would be too difficult since he's someone who believes in sacrificing for others happiness (parents!)..should i text him? should i say something else?i ve wasted a lot of time.. i just have some 15 days! help!
