Is he Interested?

Original Visitor's Question from a 31-40 year old Female
I've been talking to this guy on the phone about 2-3 times a week for about 3 weeks. We made plans to go out but he ended up canceling because he had to go to an art gallery and work. I really like this guy... and i'm the one who asked for his number. When we talk on the phone he is really nice and he said that "he'll make time for me" he also said "sorry pooh bear" online.

I can't tell if hes JUST BEING NICE. I've been trying to call him but i can never seem to catch him. I feel so insecure since we haven't established anything... hes a really nice guy and a good looker. In general- is it too pushy to be calling a guy? What should i do? Should i be frank with him or go with the flow? I don't want to scare him off, now i feel what guys go through when THEY are the ones interested in the girls... Help!

User Submitted Advice from a 31-40 year old Female
Don't call

Although it is normal for girls to call a Guy up, especially when he has given every indication he wants to be called, men still like to chase and will do anything to meet up a girl they like. The fact that you keep missing him when you call, implies he may not be calling you back, and the fact he had to cancel to go to work isn't bad in itself, but he should have since taken the bull by the horns and rescheduled another date..actions speak louder than words and a man will do all he can not to say he isn't interested. If a man is interested and really wants to see you, he will call you. He will arrange another date. Give him the chance to do this..and he will! don't call for a week or so,Seriously. And if he likes you-guaranteed he will be in touch,,very quickly!
