When/How To Ask?

Original Visitor's Question from a 13-20 year old Male
Okay, so me and this girl both like each other. It was going really well... until Thursday, when gossip struck. Because of the strangest turn of events, we found out that we liked each other. On Friday, during lunch, it was so awkward we didn't even talk. I was prepared to act normally, but no, I guess she was too shy or something.
But anyway, the next day, on Msn, I was tired of not talking. So I asked her if we could speak normally, before all the gossip and awkwardness stopped our conversations.
Ever since that, we've been talking normally. Now to ask her out before she loses interest. So, a few questions. Her birthday is this thursday, is that a good or bad day to ask her out? If bad, then when would be a good day?
And lastly, how should I ask her out?
Thanks.

ask random things

Believe me, I no it sounds stupid but just ask her really random things, wait till she comments them and then say I love you in your eyes by just staring at her and nod your head very lightly and wait for her to turn around. Then call her and ask her out.
