I will be going out with my girlfriend sonner or later and i was wondering should i kiss her on the cheek right down to the neck or should i not kiss her neck first? That confused me a great deal. But anyway, to answer your question, Kiss her on the lips first, and then if you think she's comfortable with it, then you should kiss her neck. You'll know if she's uncomfortable. She might stiffen, or hesistate. But most likely she'll enjoy it. I did at least. And the other question, No. Its not true that some girls are so sensitive on their neck that their boyfriend/husband can't kiss their neck. At least from what I know?! lol.
