Original Visitor's Question from a 21-30 year old Male
i go to university i'm 20years old and about 5 months ago i moved into a new college, anyway i met this amazing girl when i moved in and now 5 months down the track i'm starting to fall for her. there's a few things i'm a little worried about tho. e.g silly things that people always say like "oh you can't be in a relationship with someone in your own college because that would be incest." and apparently girls like to date taller guys and she's half a head taller than me. i personally think those are ridulous but when i get close to her those things pop into my head and i lose confidence very quickly.
there is one other issue tho, about a week ago she just got out of a two and a half year relationship.
p.s. thats when i realised that i like her.
any suggestions on what i should do? thanks.

Wait a While First

I think you should hold off if she just got out of a two and a half year relationship. Unless she was very unhappy in the relationship. You don't want to end up being her shoulder to cry on about her ex boyfriend, and you don't want to end up being just a rebound. If you really like her, wait a month or so for her to get used to her new life without her ex.
