Immerse in Nature
So often we can get caught up in the daily grind of life. We focus just on what is in front of us and do the best we can. But - as odd as it might sound - you might end up with MORE time in your schedule if you took a break and went out for a walk in nature.

Your brain can run at different speeds. It's like a car engine. It will get less and less efficient over time, gummed up, and you probably don't even really notice. You figure things are going fine. But if you take that break, it's like getting an oil change. Suddenly everything is running smoothly, things are sailing by, and every other task you do takes less time. You literally gain time back in your schedule!

The weekend is coming up - what could you do even for a half hour to get out in nature? So many studies show that there is something quite potent in being amongst grass and trees. Our brains are hard wired to connect to their presence. Maybe there's a park around you, or maybe some other grassy area. Make the time for it. The beneficial effects will last all week!
