One of the most common issues we all face is how to deal with jealousy and envy. Someone else has something we want. Or perhaps we're afraid of losing something we have! Think of how much stress and trauma is caused every day by these emotions.
Instead, find ways each day to take tiny steps towards becoming proud and secure in what you do have. Certainly always strive to improve! That's a good part of being alive.
