Looks: dress nicely, be clean and groomed, work out so you will have some muscle tone (this can be done through sports or weights or exercise). Attitude: say hi to people using their name and a big smile. Say hi to people you don't even know. Accomplishments: excel in schoolwork, join clubs or sports. School government and newspaper/yearbook are where all the popular kids hang out. These three things alone will make you visible to a lot of people.
