I have caught her looking at me more then once and try to let her know that i saw. When there was a big line for help from the teacher she offered right away to help. What is my next move? Whenever you see her in the hallway greet her: look her straight in the eyes, say in a strong, clear voice "Hi" plus her name and give her a big smile.
