Visitor's Question:
I said to my friend that I really care for her and now she wouldnt talk. She's always been like this, when she's mad. I know first hand becuause I am a close friend of her for over a year and we share a lot of secrets.

I confessed because she said that she's going to shift to another course. I don't know if she's serious so I decided to confess what I felt. I cannot forgive myself if I am not able to say it until I'm to late.

I know she has her eyes on someone else, she does talk to me a lot about him, but unfortunately that guy has his sights on another girl. Its a chain of broken hearts.

She fantazises about him secretly (but she shares it to me freely) and it made me really jealous. I noted that in my confession.

She often likes to dream and pursue that fabled "fairy tale ending" but it seems it isnt working. I'm just frustrated to see her falling over a guy who constantly hurts her feelings unknowingly... She is hurt, her blog and emails are a testament to it, but her face is always all smiles for the guy...

She's really been a great friend and I don't want to lose it just because of my silly confession.

I'd be ready to give up the chase if it would just bring back the friendship that we lost.

I do not regret the fact that I confessed, in fact I'm quite amazed I was able to do it but I dont want to lose her, even if our relationship might only be stuck as "just friends"

What should I do? How can I talk to her when she's not even willing to listen? I just want to reach out to her again.

I have the whole sem-break to let the heat die down. I'm keeping it that way in order to let her and I think.

Thanks in advance.

Our Suggestion:
Since you were good friends, there is no reason why you can't be again.

Contact her somehow and explain that you feel good about your confession but now realize that it was not meant to be. Tell her that you really care for her friendship and that you hope you can become friends again.

Given a little time, she will probably agree with you.

Good luck! George
