Kissing on the first night is not too fast but he seems to be demanding more than is reasonable at your age. And, if he is over 16 he could get into trouble with the law. You should not listen to him and instead make him wait until you are ready. And that might not be until you are 16 or 17 or even older. Whatever you are comfortable with is what you should do.
