Friend to More Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Alright I am a guy and I've been friends with this girl for a really long time and were pretty tight. Lately we've been spending a lot of time together and we were on her couch today and I was trying to decide if I should make a move. She was sitting with her knees towards me, but didn't mind when i rested my hand on them or anything. Does this body language mean she is trying to stay away from me or what? She just broke up with her BF and she is interested in another one of my friends but doesn't really know what she wants. I don't wanna mess up our friendship so I don't know what to do! Our Suggestion: She is showing positive body language by pointing her knees at you and letting you put your hand on her knee. Next chance you get, tell her you are "developing feelings" for her. Her reply will tell you what you want to know. If she isn't ready to reply, wait a day and ask again because you don't want to lose your momentum.
