I'm so confusedSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I asked this girl out and we had a couple of dates over the weekend. On Saturday I took her out to lunch and on Sunday we went ice skating. I know I had a great time and I thought she did too. There were never any awkward lulls in conversation and we laughed a lot. Leading up to our first date we talked online a lot and she seemed very interested in me asking me lots of questions about me and said she wanted to get to know me better. After our first date she told me to call her later on that night and I did. We talked for a good hour and a half and during the conversation everything seemed fine. We went ice skating the next day and that was fine. Then on Monday, I called her up and asked her if she wanted to do something in the next couple of days to which she responded, "I don't know, it depends." After we hung up, she called back a minute later and told me I was a nice guy and she enjoyed working with me(we work at the same pizza place), but she just didn't see this going anywhere. I'm so confused though because she was really into me one day and then the next ice cold. She has recently come out of a long relationship where her boyfriend didn't treat her so well. I suppose my question is do you have any possible explanations as to why she changed her mind so quickly. Is it possible she just doesn't want a serious relationship now or what? I really want to talk to her about this more and see what's up. I could really use some advice. Thanks. Our Suggestion: Sounds like she is attracted to you. But, as you suggested, she is probably afraid of getting into another relationship so soon.
