Visitor's Question:
A few months ago I was introduced to a girl I had only heard about. From that day forward we spent everyday together, even some nights (in the same room, not in the same bed). Our conversations are very often on a level that seems so intimate and what most couldn't relate to talking about. I honestly know EVERYTHING through her complete honesty and willingness to be sincere. The biggest problem remaining is her boyfriend, who hates me. Recently I had a tragic event and needed to move, ending up living upstairs in her house. We continued to spend more time together and feelings began to unveil. A couple of times she described graphic sexual thoughts about me, but said she couldn't act on them and she felt bad because she has a boyfriend. He is constantly arguing with her about me, he hates me, she often defends me and my intentions even though both of us seem to have strong feelings for each other. A few days ago, she said she needs to limit the time we spend together to respect her boyfriend and to not have those sexual thouhts anymore. I am confused on what I should do about this whole situation because I genually care deeply for this girl and as we've been told we are almost the same person in the opposite sex. I know it isn't sexual from my view because presently I have no desire. Also, I didn't feel this way initially, it was the nights staying awake talking all night and the laughs had and the time spent together... I'm so confused

Our Suggestion:
One thing has me confused.

And that is the last paragraph. You don't seem to have sexual feelings for her and I wonder why. When she shared her sexual feelings with you, she may have been reaching out to see how you felt. If you gave no positive response that would turn her off and increase her feelings for her boyfriend.

You need to respect her relationship with her b/f while letting her know how much you care for her. Continue talking and being with her because that is good for both of you.

Good luck!
