Taken ManSuggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: He was my co-worker. While at work, we used to exchange e-mails a lot. I would say most of those e-mails are flirtatious by nature, him wanting to know more about my personal life, etc.. We went out a few times. Then, I discovered he had a gf. He left shortly thereafter to work in another town. We continued to correspond. After he found out that I knew about his gf, he didn't mind mentioning about her to me, though rarely. He kept asking me to go over to his town. Said that I would love the place. I thought about it. After a few months, I agreed. This would mean that I would be staying at his place. I did not broach the subject of his gf, though I knew I should have asked whether the gf is fully aware of it or otherwise. At any rate, he's had my mutual friend and another friend over so, I do not see how me going should pose a problem. Besides, I would be going with another friend of mine... but he will not stay at his place. The turning point towards all these came when he returned to our town one day. He made the attempt to see me, but it never got to beyond anything. He was so busy and he did not call even though he promised he would do so. I was a little mad at him. So, the point has come to a stage when I have decided not to pursue this further. Of course, the trip will still go on. I am rather afraid that things will escalate beyond control. I hope he won't force me to do anything unless it is completely within my volition. I need confirmation that he merely treats me as a friend. I could live with that. Our Suggestion: You and he need to start communicating more. And, you will have to be the one to initiate the conversation since he seems rather incommunicative.
