Saying Goodbye...Suggest AdviceDo you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: I'm off to high school. While the others are full of enthusiasm at the idea of sharing classes with the big kids, I am friends with the whole middle school, including the grades below me. The fact is i fell for a boy who is in a year younger than me, and he had French with me... Next year we will be in different worlds, and as a high schooler, my grade says i should forget about him. He does not know i like him. The only reason we knew each other was French class, i went to his party to which i was invited, we ice skated together. But next year, we will share no moment. No field trips, no classes. The only place we will meet eyes is the hallway... Tomorrow is my last real lesson with him, and in two days we have a dance, probably the last event we will both attend and share. As of the day i saw him, i was scared of this day, the day i would have to go on and leave him behind. This day haunted me and now it is here... The tears come and go, they are uncontrollable. We were pretty close, but I feel we have nothing to keep us bounded. We are not close enough to see each other out of school though. I will probably ask him to dance, but what else can i do? Am i supposed to try and get a hold of myself and leave him? This seems currently impossible... Thank you... Our Suggestion: Definitely invite him to the dance. Try to think of things to do together in the summer like hanging out, going on walks, picnics, movies, malling, bowling. The list is endless. One thing for sure is to get his phone number tomorrow or msn or whatever. That's how you'll keep in contact with him.
