He is giving you all kinds of signals which say that he likes you. But then he says he doesn't like you that way. You didn't say whether you like him or whether you are asking just out of curiosity. If you like him, give him a kiss on the cheek and see how he reacts. If you're just curious then discuss the subject with him and tell him how he is saying he doesn't like you but that he is acting like he does. Good luck!
