I know that personally from the past. What got me past it was realizing that I loved and trusted the woman and began to actually feel good for her happiness when previous jealous things happened. If a guy flirted with her or she flirted with someone, I felt it was natural behavior between men and women. Jealousy only gets between a good relationship and leaves everyone feeling bad.
