Visitor's Question:
I had a crush on this guy my sophomore year in High School. We werent friends, only acquaintances, we were in the same club after school which was about the only contact we ever had, besides instant messenger which was still rare. I thought he might have liked me but wasnt sure.
so time went on and our senior year he started going out with this girl who knew I had liked him, i dont know for sure if she ever told him though. So we both graduated, never talked until now, our sophomore year in college.
I found him on FB and he started talking to me alot. He would initiate conversations and we came to find that we had a TON of things in common and would talk for hours! So I got his number, invited him over to my friends apartment ( he seemed excited to go) to hang out and we had lots of fun.

He complimented me, talked about how horrible his only relationship was (with that girl). He seemed try to avoid physical contact though, which I thought was so weird because I had run into him a few days earlier and he gave me a huge hug that I was totally not expecting! he had never hugged me before. So when he left that night i gave him a huge hug...

He texts me the next day, abt how much fun he had and everything. But then slowly stops talking to me!!!! He never initiates conversations online anymore, ( only occasionally comments on my FB status)its always me, and I don't even bother him online or anything cause i dont want to be one of those crazy stalker girls! And when we talk online now he doesnt even try to keep the conversations going so they just die out. But i REALLY like him, its driving me crazy, i just want to know if hes interested at all.

Im thinking of maybe sending him an email telling him how much I like him? Im so nervous, I dont know what to do. PLEASE HELP!!!

Our Suggestion:
I am sorry you are in this confused situation.

Sometimes it seems impossible to know how another person feels about you.

Your idea of sending him an email telling him you like him is a good one. I usually recommend the direct approach and in this case it seems right.

Hopefully it will clear the air and you won't have to worry so much about it.

Good luck! George
