I Like a Girl, She Lives a few Towns Away Suggest Advice Do you have some advice for this person? Visitor's Question: Ok, I have liked this girl for a year now, and she knows I like her. Eventually we became good friends, like we are now, but at the end of the school year she ended up moving over the summer. She ended up a few towns away, and we still talk alot online. I still have strong feelings for her, and I don't know exactly what I should do. We haven't gone on a date or something, like the mall or movies, and so on. I also keep thinking I see her all over school, before I wrote this in, I actually thought I saw her. I must be a little out of my mind right now. Our Suggestion: It shouldn't matter at all that she's a few towns away! Heck, every guy I dated in high school lived at least one town away. Most of my friends were in the same situation. You can't always find people you like in the same school, so why restrict yourself to that group of people? You guys are friends. So start doing things as friends. Invite her to movies or to hang out at the mall or whatever just as friends. Spend time with her. There must be some way you can either drive yourselves there or take busses or something. Stay in touch and keep doing things. The more you do things together, the more normal it will be, and the closer your connection with each other will grow.
