Our Suggestion:
DUE TO SERVER PROBLEMS, THIS EMAIL WAS NOT RECEIVED UNTIL NOW. WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.

It sounds to me that she has feelings for you and is not only afraid of them but also afraid that maybe pursuing them with you will not work out the way she wants because your situations in life are different. She's hiding behind her feelings by acting the way she is.

I would suggest that you tell her it hurts your feelings that she treats you the way she does. She will most likely stop, especially if she has feelings for you, too.

If she asks you why her behavior hurts you so much, tell her what you think about her. You'll know where you stand right away and then can take appropriate actions from there.
