Visitor's Question:
Please help im going mad! Ive been with my finance for nearly 3 years now and we live together but recently we had a 2 week break and he went and stayed with his mum. It was because Im a very jealous person and he had to get away from the situation for a while. He told me he still loved me and in them 2 weeks he rang me every night and we spend a weekend together.

But now he is back with me im so worried he cheated on me in them 2 weeks. Ive always trusted him up until now so having a break has made things worse for me.
Hes a taxi driver and I worry a girl will start flirting with him while at work. While having the break I notiched a stain on his top and one night he got in from work abit later. only about an hour later.

Ive told him how I feel and he tells me he dosnt know what the stain was, it could be anything and that he gets in from work at different times depending on what jobs he has. He tells me I have got to learn to trust him because he hasnt done anyhing and never will because he loves me.

But in my head ive got it that he met someone at work and had a one night stand but now regrets it so is lying to me because he dont wont to hurt me.
How can I stop worring and start believing that he is being truthful to me. I hate feeling like this. Should I be this worried?

Ive been cheated on before whith my ex so I find it hard to trust people. Just think im going to get hurt again. Please help me. What should I do?

Our Suggestion:
Your jealousy is really destroying your relationship. If he is a taxi driver then you are ALWAYS going to have doubts about who he is with and so on. You need to fully accept that he loves you and won't cheat on you. Either you trust him, or this is going to fail. It's not like it will get "better" if you guys marry - your jealousy will only get worse because now there will be more to lose.

Read the ebook on jealousy, read all the tips. If you still can't do it on your own call in a minister or therapist or someone to help you with it. Treat this as seriously as you would a physical illness, because it could completely destroy your relationship if left unchecked.
