hi im a freshmen in high school and theres this girl i really like and she knows but her friend likes me and she told her friend that we should go out but her friend told me that its not because she {the girl i like}doesnt like me she does but she doesnt know wat it is wat could it be?

In a situation like this, someone is going to get hurt. Those are the facts. You must ask out the girl you like the most, otherwise you will never forgive yourself for going out with the guaranteed one and she won't like being second best.
