Visitor's Question:
Me and my ex-boyfriend for now has been off and on for a year. In the beginning I really did care about him and I still do. But, he is very controlling/possessive. I can never go out with my friends because he thinks I need to spend my free time with him. Yes, it is understandable at times but, I would also like to have time to be with my friends. I have a daughter so I do not get out much (its not his child but he adores her like his own. But, he'll do stupid stuff so I wont go out or if I do he will chase me. etc. If things does not go his way he is pissed and will start crap with me at work, my home, etc. He has put sugar in my gas tank, steals my cell phone so he can see calls me, deletes voice messages without me knowing he had my passowrd, plus much more. I am so sick of everything that he does. Do you think he will ever change. Again, I want to take him back but, when I am around him I am a straight bitch to him for no reason even if I dont plan on it. Then again, I feel bad becuase my daughter is very attached to him? I also feel that there could be someone else out there for me, but I have a child so I think no one wants me. Help!

Our Suggestion:
He will not change unless he gets lots of therapy.

He's an abuser just waiting to bloom. Leave him. It will be best for you and your child.

My girlfriend has 4 children, so don't think that being a mother of one will be in an issue in finding someone else.

Best wishes,
Marc
